    Hoof Trimmers, Made in Japan

Posted by Pat on Aug 27th 2020

I was impressed that these blades were produced in Japan, which makes very good quality edges. The trimmers are spring loaded, making them less tiring to use, lightweight, and have a locking mechanism which will protect the cutting edges. they sheared the goats' hard hoof surfaces well but were a little awkward with the rubbery heel.

Hamby Dairy Supply is a excellent company. Quality products at reasonable prices, great customer service, quick shipping!

    Lightweight, Easy for Smaller Hands

Posted by Tiny Forest Hermitage on Jul 18th 2018

After spending a lot more on European hoof trimmers that I could barely close, I had serious expectations for these. They didn't disappoint. Much lighter and easier to grip for one-handed use (while the other hand holds the hoof). Fits a smaller woman's hand and very easy to use.
