Chlorinated Fast Rinsing Manual Cleaner

Pfanzite is a highly chlorinated, powdered manual cleaner designed especially for cleaning bulk tanks, the Surge bucket milker and utensils.

Features and Benefits Highly Chlorinated Effectively dissolves and removes milk protein. Moderate Foaming Allows visual confirmation and fast rinsing when used inside of manually cleaned milk tanks. High Sequestration Can be used in a wide-range of water conditions.

Directions for Use for Bucket Milkers: When empty, rinse milker and hoses by drawing 2 gallon warm water into milker bucket with machine on. Dump this milky rinse water. Prepare cleaning solution by dissolving 2 oz.-3 oz. (14 g.-28 g.) of Pfanzite in 3 U.S. gallon (3.8 L) of 125°F (53°C) Hot water. Draw this solution through the hoses and milker 3 times. Brush all surfaces completely with this solution. Rinse milker thoroughly with warm (not hot) water and drain completely. Acid Rinse with Surge Citrophos, then hang milker components to drip dry

Directions for Use Milk Tanks: When empty, flushtank thoroughly with warm water to remove all milk residue. Prepare cleaning solution by dissolving 1/2 oz.-1 oz. (14 g.-28 g.) of Pfanzite to each U.S. gallon (3.8 L) of 125°F (53°C) water. Brush all surfaces completely with this solution. Rinse tank thoroughly with a spray of clean, warm (not hot) water and drain completely.

For heavy soil loads, mix a concentrated solution of 4-5 oz. (112-140 g.) of Pfanzite to one (1) U.S. gallon (3.8 L) of hot water and brush thoroughly. Rinse immediately with clean, warm water. After each washing with Pfanzite, follow with a clean water rinse, and then use a warm acidification rinse of Westfalia•Surge Citrophos or Effect;

Before the next use of the tank, sanitize with a Westfalia•Surge sanitizer in accordance with local Health Department regulations.
